Elias J. Saad

Attorney EJ SaadElias J. Saad is a native of Mobile, Alabama. In 1972, he received his B.A. Degree from University of Alabama and University of South Alabama. In 1978, he received his J. D. Degree, cum laude, from Cumberland School of Law of Samford University. While in law school, he was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Fraternity, the Cumberland Moot Court Board, and was the Managing Editor of the Cumberland Law Review.

Mr. Saad was admitted to the Alabama Bar in 1978. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar and the Mobile Bar Association. He is the co-author of the textbook, Alabama Workmen’s Compensation with Forms, The Harrison Company Publishers, 1990, with yearly supplements. Mr. Saad practices in the general field of civil law, with special emphasis in personal injury, construction, nursing home abuse and neglect, insurance bad faith and workers’ compensation litigation.
